WHO I AM


I am a problem solver and lifelong learner. I was born and raised in Shanghai, China. Now I live in Chicago. I strongly believe that creating customer-centric products and experience is essential to any type of work, as customers ultimately define the quality of any products and services. I am passionate about driving change and overcoming challenges to increase profits for enterprises from start-up to Fortune levels.

When I am not looking at data or developing products, you’ll find me managing a tabletop roleplaying game business, researching stocks, advocating for children, watering my 50+ indoor plants, or looking for my two mischievous cats (Darcy & Cannoli) who like hiding under furniture.

WHERE I WORK


I currently serve on the analytics team at a Fortune 50 company and deliver digital products, solutions, and business insights to internal and external customers while managing a multi-billion dollar budget annually for all the company’s retail stores in the US market.

Adding up to more than 7 years of diverse experience in the retail, healthcare, manufacturing, entertainment, and consulting industries, I’ve held various roles (e.g.: product lead, business analyst, consultant, supply chain professional, reliability engineer). I aim to combine my analytical and technical skillsets to solve problems, reduce risks, create solutions for users to improve their experiences and lives.

HOW I WORK


  • Define and Research the problem in the setting such as determine product strategy, product backlog, product roadmap, business model canvas
  • Design the product/process such as customer journey map or feature selection for MVP
  • Build the product/process by offering support with Dev and involving stakeholders in the development
  • Refine the product after sprint launch through data analytics, feedback from stakeholders, Dev, & Ops Teams
  • Launch the product/process with key messaging and an appropriate Go-To-Market strategy, measuring product analytics and business results using key success metrics
